Inse Rail begins execution of the Technical Assistance contract for Private Works Coordination Team service and planning for the spaces dedicated to commercial activities in the airports of the AENA network.

The purpose of the contract will be to provide the coordination, engineering, consulting, technical management and control services required to put the spaces dedicated to commercial activities into operation, including stores, restaurants, VIP lounges, spaces related to parking and car rental or real estate assets (offices, warehouses, hangars, etc.) located outside the terminals, arising from the completion of contracts, airport remodeling, creation of new spaces or the obsolescence of the facilities in which these areas are located.

The lot awarded to Inse Rail covers the airports of the Autonomous Regions of Aragon, Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, Valencia, Murcia, Castilla la Mancha, Andalusia, Extremadura and the Autonomous Cities of Ceuta and Melilla, with a duration of two years, which may be extended for an additional two years.
