Project Management of the entire interior adaptation of the spaces of a Medical Center for immediate use as part of the hospital complex.

The Project Manager will also carry out the coordination and negotiations between the different agents involved in the project: TMB, public institutions (City Council, Department of Health, Technical Radiological Protection Unit, etc.), technical team, architecture, engineering installations, engineering structures, interior design team, etc.

Activities carried out within the scope of the contract are:

– Preliminary actions with the City Council for the registration of works and activities.

– Necessary documentation to request administrative authorization once the work on the medical office has been completed;

– Coordination with the Certified Accreditation Company (ECA) to obtain the Technical Activity Certificate.

This action consolidates Inse Rail’s focus on Project Management as well as on continuing to contribute added value in the building construction sector through actions that require a high degree of specialization.
