Inse Rail, together with the Israeli engineering company, Arik Polak Engineering, has been awarded the public tender 53-22 of Israel’s Ministry of Transport “MOT” to provide control services (control company) of the Israel Railways (ISR) public enterprise.
The scope of the consulting services to be provided under the framework of this control contract of the Israeli railway company in the coming years includes control of the company’s operational activity, as well as the technical and contractual monitoring of programs and actions in progress, as well as compliance with deadlines and budgets, and in general, supporting the Ministry in its decision-making in relation to its powers and obligations regarding the country’s railway system.
Inse Rail will provide the project with a team of technicians, the Foreign Expert Team, which will supervise, among other tasks, the international contracts of the company, which is currently engaged in a large investment plan (new mobile equipment, implementation of the electrification of the network, implementation of ERMTS systems,…) from the tender documents to the commissioning of the actions, the establishment of regulations and operating procedures, as well as any support in the area of its specialization that is requested by the Ministry of Transport.
