The Almaraz Nuclear Power Plant (ANP), located in the municipality of Almaraz (Province of Caceres), and cooled by the Tagus River, is a PWR plant. It was the first generation II nuclear power plant built in Spain, and it currently supplies 16,000 million kWh per year to all of Spain.

It has two 2,947 MWth (approximately 1,045 MWe) and its cooling system consists of an open circuit to the Arrocampo reservoir. It consists of a surface area of 1,683 hectares.
As part of this project for the CNA, Inse Rail provided the engineering, design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Hydraulic Loop for training, including:
- The engineering and design of the product to be supplied.
- The supply of materials for the installation of the Hydraulic Loop.
- The installation of the equipment, including the necessary lifting equipment for the installation.
- All of the regulation and control system.
- Testing and commissioning of the Hydraulic Loop.
- The management of the necessary permits and authorizations with the Administration.
The industrial installation was configured and designed to provide it with the mechanisms required based on the functions required by the ANP, taking into account human, technical, and organizational factors.
