PROCESSING PURPOSE

INSE RAIL, S.L.informs you that by providing this information on the website www.inserail.es,you expressly authorize to include your personal data in a file under the responsibility of INSE RAIL, S.L. with the purpose of:

• Working for INSE RAIL, S.L. The Personal Data provided on our Job Board will be included for its correct management.

• Business Form: Data processing for business purposes in order to provide the user, only prior request, any information on our Company that may be relevant to them, such as technical, operative and commercial information regarding products and services supplied by INSE RAIL, S.L.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We will ensure that the personal data you provide to us for the above-mentioned job board or requesting business information (e.g., email address, phone number) will be processed only for the purposes described in paragraph 2 of this Privacy Notice.

The legal basis for such processing is the consent of thedata subject – Section 6 (1) (a) GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Without the provision of your personal data, which you have submitted to us, we cannot provide you with our business information.

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
