As part of the plans to expand the Moscow Metro (construction of 69 kilometers of track and 33 new stations), Inse Rail prepared the design projects for the installations on the Kozhukhovskaya Line, which is 17.8 km long and contains 8 stations.
The Moscow Metro, which opened in 1935, has a network of more than 300 km of track and close to 200 stations, and is the principal means of public transportation in the Russian capital.
As part of the plans to expand the Moscow Metro (construction of 69 kilometers of track and 33 new stations), Inse Rail prepared the design projects for the installations on the Kozhukhovskaya Line, which is 17.8 km long and contains 8 stations.
The installations designed for the different sections and stations include energy, signalling, and communications, third rail, platform doors for each one of the stations, as well as the mechanical and electrical simulations of the operating plant and electrical dimensioning calculations.
