Cesar Cañedo-Argüelles is the President of Inse Rail and has dedicated his entire professional and business career, since 1970, to engineering and consulting. He has participated in the establishment and management of important Spanish civil engineering, architecture and industrial engineering companies and has headed Inse Rail since 1994. In addition to his management activity, Cesar Cañedo-Argüelles has held important institutional positions related to engineering. From 1992 to 1996, he was President of the Spanish Association of Engineering and Consulting Companies, TECNIBERIA. From 2000 to 2004, he served as Vice-President of the Association of Civil Engineers. Using this extensive range of experience and knowledge, Cesar Cañedo-Argüelles, leads the Inse Rail’s professional activity and business development as president of the company.
