'><p><div style='height:38px' class='hr hr-invisible  av-small-hide av-mini-hide  avia-builder-el-15  el_before_av_textblock  avia-builder-el-first  '><span class='hr-inner ' ><span class='hr-inner-style'><\/span><\/span><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the development of the PITVI, the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, through the General Sub-Directorate of Railway Planning, has designated INSE RAIL to provide the planning and organization of this area of the territory by defining alternative routes, routes that improve railway functionality and eliminate, on the one hand, the barrier effect and the acoustic disturbances that the presence of the railway generates in population centers and, on the other hand, the risks in connection with the existing urban grade crossings in this section of the line.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">INSE RAIL&#8217;s role in this assistance is therefore to provide a comparative multi-criteria analysis and environmental impact assessment of the different routes to determine the alternative that makes it possible to establish, based on the existing conditions, the optimal solution for the urban integration of the Chinchilla-Cartagena line, as it passes through Alcantarilla and Javal\u00ed Nuevo (Murcia). L\/320.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The alternatives that have been developed consist of route variations outside the aforementioned towns and moving the existing route underground.
